1.10.1933 –   9.6.2018. Lena passed peacefully at Kirralee Nursing home. Loving wife of Horton (dec) Sister of Win Lynch (dec). Loving mother of Latreace  Laurelee and Trevor, mother-in-law of Ian Waight and Debbie Perkins, Loving Nan and Gran of Kathryn,Danial, Sonja and Rhys, Steve and Rhiannon. Great Nan of Jake, Liam and Aiden. Now with her darling Horton. We will miss our times together. Your pain has stopped. Loving you deeply. Miss you lots.

Relatives and friends of the late Mrs Helena (Lena) Perkins are advised that her Funeral Service is appointed to take place at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre, 1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat on THURSDAY June, 14.6.2018  commencing at Two-Thirty (2:30) pm. Private Burial.
