of Clare (dec), Vin, Ken (dec), Eileen & Joan (dec)
Loved wife of Rocky (dec) Adored mother of Paul,
Clinton & Alannah (dec) cherished mother-in-law of
Vee, Brooke and Shaun. Loved Gran of Joel, Zoe, Mitchell,
Beth and Meg, and Great-Gran to Sofia.
A beautiful, gentle and kind lady, with a cheeky smile and
a heart of gold. Rest peacefully.
Reunited with Rock and Lan .
Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of the late Mrs. Patricia Mary Hazlett will be offered at St. James’ Church, Cnr. Vale and Albert Street , Sebastopol on THURSDAY January 4, 2024 commencing at Two (2:00) pm.
The funeral will leave at the conclusion of Mass for the Buninyong Cemetery.
