Jack passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family.
Devoted husband to Lille (dec). Brother to Norm, Edna and Bob (all dec). Beloved father to Joanne and Philip, father-in-law to Gary and Jane, and adored grandfather to Louis, Jack, Natasha and Lucy.
Relatives and friends of the late Mr. Jack Baker are advised that his Funeral Service is appointed to take place at Christ Church Cathedral, 49 Lydiard Street South, Ballarat on TUESDAY March 26, 2024 commencing at Ten-thirty (10:30) am. Refreshments will follow at the Ballarat Yacht Club.
A Private Committal will be held.
