A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Alice Constance Horner is appointed to take place at the Ballarat Central Uniting Church, 103 Lydiard Street South, Ballarat Central on MONDAY April 1, 2019 commencing at Two (2:00)pm.
