Anne Carmel Packer (nee Franc)

Passed away peacefully at the Geoffrey Cutter Centre on the 16 January 2018. Loved mother of Jacinta (dec), Chris, Kathleen and Mary; Mother-in-Law of Lindy. Grandmother and ‘Nanny Annie’ of Daniel, Jessika and Tony, Madison, Georgia, Chloe and David, and Abby. Great Grandmother of Sienna, Skyla, Mason and Mahli.

Eldest daughter of Maureen and John Franc of Beaufort, sister to John, Maureen, Tom, Paul, Michael, Geraldine and their families. Special thanks to all staff at Geoffrey Cutter and Steel Haughton Centres.

Funeral Prayers for the late Mrs Anne Carmel Packer will be offered in the Outdoors Fernery Chapel (weather permitting) at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre,1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat on MONDAY January 22, 2018 commencing at Ten (10:00)am. Please bring a chair.

The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Ballarat New Cemetery (Lawn G).
