Passed away peacefully at SJOG Hospital, Ballarat on 8th May, 2018 in the presence of family. Aged 96 years. Loved husband of Carmel (dec). Father of Darren. Father-in-law of Lorraine. Grandfather of Joseph, Timothy and Ruby.Thank you to all the staff at SJOG Hospital who provided care for Donald.
Relatives and friends of the late Mr Donald Wallace Kay are advised that his Funeral Service is appointed to take place at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre, 1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat on WEDNESDAY May 16, 2018 commencing at Two (2:00) pm. The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Ballarat New Cemetery (Lawn K).
