Loving partner of Kerina. Devoted son of Leo and Patricia (both dec). Brother to Patrick, Kevin, Peter, James (dec) and David, as well as partners and families. Great mate to many.
Funeral Prayers for the late Mr. Francis ‘Frank’ Michael Torpey will be offered at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, cnr Sturt and Dawson Streets, Ballarat on WEDNESDAY August 23, 2023 commencing at Two (2:00) pm.
The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Ballarat New Cemetery (Highview Gardens).
