Beloved husband of Lorna of 60 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Stephen, Trevor and Sue, Phil and Desley, Chris and Suzie. Cherished grandfather of Josh, Matt, Tim, Maddi, Tom, Sarah, Lachy, Nathan, Emily, Aleshia, James, Dustin, Harry, Tori, Oscar, Jinah and their partners. Great grandfather of Georgia.
A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Graham Keith Waters is appointed to take place at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre, 1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat on TUESDAY November 26, 2019 commencing at Two (2:00) pm.
