Passed away peacefully on 30 November 2018 at St. John of God Hospital. Aged 91 years. Loved wife of Fred (dec) and loving partner of Ron Slade. Cherished mother of Stephen, Daryl, Terry, Phil (dec) and Jane and Ricky and Thao. Grandmother of Nathan, Heath and Kirsten and Hayley and Robbie, Jacob, Ben, Rhiana and Tim. Great grandmother of Charlotte and Izzy. Friend of Bruce, Hanah and families.
Relatives and friends of the late Mrs. Irene ‘Betty’ Collins are advised that her Funeral Service is appointed to take place in the Outdoor Fernery Chapel , 1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat (weather permitting) on TUESDAY December 11, 2018 commencing at Ten-thirty (10:30) pm. Please bring a chair. The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Ballarat New Cemetery (Lawn H).
