18.6.1977 – 2.2.2022. Dearly beloved husband of Kelly. Loved and proud father of Shandi and Blakely. Cherished step-father to Krista, Tyler and Harry. Loved and treasured son to Bill and Julia. A loving and much loved brother of Damian, Travis, Shaun, Chantelle and Peppa. A fun loving and larger than life uncle to Kyle, Paige, Archie, Harper, Arlo and Luca.
Funeral Prayers for the late Mr Jarrod Anthony Faulkhead will be offered at St James’ Catholic Church, 252 Albert Street, Sebastopol on FRIDAY February 18, 2022 commencing at Two (2:00) pm.
The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Ballarat New Cemetery.
Masks will be required.
