Passed away peacefully at Ballarat on July 7th, 2021 after a tremendous and fulfilled life, aged 86 years. Greatly loved husband and best friend of Catherine Josephine (Jo) Rissmann. Much loved father of Shauna, Peter, Martin, Stephen and Justin and their partners Donna, Chinda, Tuyen and Zinta. Beloved grandfather of Samuel, Christian and Joshua, Natalie, Victoria, Hannah and Jack, Erica, Axton, Marcella, Daniel and Elizabeth, Benjamin, Sebastian and Eliza. Cherished great grandfather of Edward, Patrick, Joseph and Zara.
Funeral Prayers for the late Mr. John Edward Walter are appointed to take place at Doveton Park Funeral Centre , 1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat on FRIDAY July 16, 2021 commencing at Two (2:00) pm. The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the Eucharist for the Ballarat New Cemetery.
