Lost his battle with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and passed peacefully at The Alfred Hospital, Melbourne on Halloween, aged 22. Beloved son, stepson, grandson, brother, great-nephew, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend.
Relatives and friends of the late Mr. Jordan Elford-Tribe are advised that his Funeral Service and Committal is appointed to take place at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre, 1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat on THURSDAY November 14, 2024 commencing at Two (2:00) pm.
