Relatives and friends of the late Mr. Leonard Arthur Kemble Spicer are advised that his Funeral Service is appointed to take place at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre, 1251 Doveton Street North, Ballarat on
FRIDAY December 31, 2021 commencing at
Two (2:30) pm.
The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Ballarat New Cemetery (Lawn K).
Masks are required.
Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the service. Double vaccination evidence is required in order to share in refreshments.
