5.1.1973 – 16.2.2018 Nic passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Loved and loving husband of Angela (Curran) and devoted Dad of Kate, Emma and Patrick. Loved and loving son of James and Teresa and beloved brother of Greg and brother-in-law to Philippa. Loved and loving son-in-law to Brendan and Joan and beloved brother-in-law to Adrian, Adrienne, Leo, Jenny, Geraldine, Darren, Matthew, Louise, Vincent and Veronica. Beloved uncle to Alice, Xavier, Abby, Tom, Molly, Sophie, Noah, Ben, Eamonn and Finn.
Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of the late Mr Nicholas David Gowans will be offered at St. Patricks’ Cathedral, Cnr. Sturt & Dawson St Sth, Ballarat, on FRIDAY February 23, 2018 commencing at Two (2:00)pm. The funeral will leave at the conclusion of Mass for the Skipton Cemetery.
Rosary will be recited at St. John’s Church, Skipton, on Thursday evening at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to Skipton CFA would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available. Hawaiian Shirts are encouraged and don’t forget ‘A Touch of Sparkle’.
