Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of the late Mr. Noel Howard Phillips will be offered at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, cnr Dawson and Sturt Streets, Ballarat on TUESDAY January 28, 2025 commencing at Eleven (11:00) am.
Following refreshments Noel’s Committal will take place at Avoca Cemetery 247 Sunraysia Highway, Avoca at Three (3:00) pm.
