Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband and life partner of Glenda for 45 years. Proud father of Nathan and Kate and Gabrielle. Adored ‘pancake’ Nonno of Olivia, Allegra and Amelie. Beloved eldest son of Giuseppe (dec) and Filomena Carbone. Deeply loved brother of Rose and Don (dec), Frances and Ralph, Josephine and Carmine, Joe and Joycetta, Don (dec), Loretta and John. Respected brother in law to Cheryl and Andy, Stephen and Leonie, Debra and Chris, Donna (dec) and Rick. Cherished Uncle Pat to their families. He was ours and we loved him so, sleep peacefully.
Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of the late Mr. Pasquale ‘Pat’ Carbone will be celebrated at St.Patricks Cathedral, Cnr Sturt & Dawson Streets, Ballarat on Monday May 14, 2018 commencing at One-thirty (1:30) pm.
The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the Mass for the Ballarat New Cemetery (The Terraces).
