Relatives and friends of the late Mr. Paul Thomas O’Loughlin – ‘Locky’, are advised that his Funeral Service is appointed to take place at the Ballarat Greyhound Racing Club, Cnr of Sutton & Rubicon St., Ballarat on FRIDAY July 20, 2018 commencing at One (1:00) pm. The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Ballarat New Cemetery (Highiew Gardens).
