Passed away surrounded by love 24.2.2020. Adored son, brother and grandson. A beautiful, kind soul gone way too soon. Sam you will never be forgotten. Rest peacefully. Mum and Jer, Jacob and Tahnee, Dad, and Nanny.
Relatives and friends of the late Mr Samuel Tyler Lee are advised that his Funeral Service is appointed to take place at the Beaufort Community Bank Complex, 39 Park Road, Beaufort, on TUESDAY March 3, 2020 commencing at Ten-thirty (10:30) am.
The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Beaufort Cemetery.
